Many of these products sat in a warehouse for a long time and were eventually liquidated individually or in bundles by Mayfair Games around 2007, and continued to be sold this way for quite a while. The reality is that Role Aids likely over-projected demand and over-purchased on their initial print runs. This created a massive surplus that didn't move at the time, resulting in the large inventories of New Old Stock (NOS) we see today.

It’s a bit of a shame because the actual content of these modules can be quite good. They are generally high-quality supplements that simply suffered from being produced in volumes that far outpaced their market performance. While they aren't particularly rare or valuable today, their values have finally started to trend upward in recent years as that surplus has slowly been absorbed into private collections.

That being said, use whatever values you are comfortable with. If you look at sold prices on eBay over the last three years, you will likely find sales for all of these. If you can't find them for specific items, it's likely that they would all sell for about the same price, as most of these appear to have come out of that same inventory.
