Absolutely beautiful collection of rares!!!

While the Facebook groups are great, items on eBay still gets the most views. I cannot speak to their current fee structures as a casual seller.

As far as a selling strategy, recently another member listed some rares here for sale, later posted a few of them on various Facebook groups, and then listed two on eBay with an auction format and minimum starting bid. I think this is a fairly reasonable approach and would help to avoid the eBay fees.

With all that in mind, I would have a firm price in place but be willing to negotiate if you really need to sell.

As far as the Orange B3 in shrink, depending on the condition, I would think 12k+ would not be unreasonable.

Agreed on having a set price in mind, then negotiate, if that's the path you choose. That's easier to do for items that have a semi-recent auction history. But a lot of it is also your preference.

The value of B3 may also depend on who was its original owner. People may pay a few extra bucks if it's an ex-TSR employee, or something similar. I don't think we have a data point recently of one in shrink, so eBay would present the best upside, in my view.
