In the 70s Judge's Guild published a module that contained a powerful sword called "Wormblade" or maybe the sword was called "Wormwood".  Does anyone remember the name of this module?

The demon lord in Book of Treasure Maps 1 wields Wormbrand Soulstriker, which is actually a polymorphed demon with massive energy drain -- that ring any bells?
