I have here two identical 2nd printings, except for one detail: one has no product number or price, and the text above the title is missing. Looking at it closely, I can see where it appears someone put something over the areas and Xeroxed or photocopied it; also, the opposite side of the front cover has no info. You'd think it meant someone copied one side of the cover, but there's more. The errata sheet is not present, but the module STARTS with page 1 as the errata sheet. Also, the inside of the back cover has part of the errata sheet. There should be 47 numbered pages, this one has 49, since the errata sheets are numbered.
So what I appear to have is a copy with the errata sheet incorporated into it. The question is, who covered up the numbers and logo and why? It can't be a home job, since the pages are numbered, so is this an internal copy that
JG used? Any info would be appreciated. Thanks!
