The box says Dungeon Lairs and at the bottom it says "Warhammer Fantasy Role Play Game Aid"  It was released by Games Workshop.  Does anybody know when this was released?  Any idea of value?  It looks brand new.  Thanks for your help!

Just sold one on eBay for about $10 so it's not worth much.

It's actually damn rare. It was one of the last things I managed to find for my collection of WFRP stuff. The problem is getting a box in decent condition. Not long after I got mine, my wife stored aomething on top of the box without me knowing and ruined the damn thing and I had to find another one.
