This xxx page softcover is in good condition, but it should be noted that it survived a house fire that left thick soot stains on the back cover.

Every item I looked at on that sellers page had a similar note.


All were taken from from the debris of a house fire, so I suspect all of that sellers stuff is damaged, at the least from water and fire/soot.

But it comes with a nice free helping of Mildew, Mold and ample Water stains on the UNUSED contents inside...  :lol:



I would be  :oops:  reluctant to list that box set at a ONE DOLLAR start price, much less a $100 BIN...  :roll:

Yes mildew, mold..., and unfortunately, most of his other items are very damaged.
