This is more a question than an ad since i am not sure about the original source of this italian translation:

This comes from 'The cursed swamp' by Frank Mentzer, the original module was a Comicon release... is there anyone who can confirm this? I have never seen such a module but it could be a torney or similar so i am asking here...

In English it is titled "Death in Wretched Swamp". Frank wrote it when he was running a campaign alternating between our homes. I think it is the best of the Eldritch frp releases (I can't speak for the sci-fi ones). He did make a limited edition pre-release set of 50 available. I got mine at GenCon in 2016. I don't know anything about Comicon being associated with its release.

Thanks Bill, after further search i found out the comicon is not the one in San Diego, it is a convention in Napoli!

There was only one pre-release version, the GaryCon one you have pictured. I had mentioned that I acquired mine AT GenCon, but there was not a different GenCon release. But I can certainly see how that was confusing; I just thought I'd clear that up.
