There are two editions of each of those, which is likely why they're still available. There were two editions of Orbaal as well, which I think sold out only recently.

V&V went to someone here although they had to go through TFM to get it. Now they just have to find book 2 and the manuscript for book 3

While I was researching the WFB question, I trolled through some miniatures pages, and ended up with this link. Apparently this is pinnacle of miniatures collecting. Given the size/cost, I'd hope so.
