Zero feedback buyers

So, a zero feedback buyer wants to buy stuff worth £120 from me.

Do I sell to him/her? Should I require International Sign For as a precaution?

The question is, can you qualify for paypals seller protection? If you can, sell, if you can't then it is a crapshoot to see if the buyer rips you off or not.

Can you get the kind of tracking on an international package that paypal will accept?

If it's a UK buyer and you follow PayPal's Seller Protection rules to the letter, go for it. If it's an international buyer and they're willing to pay top doller for tracked recorded shipping and you're able to follow PayPal's Seller Protection rules, then go for it.

If neither of the above apply, I'd say not.

This week I've been mostly eating . . . The white ones with the little red flecks in them.

If you can ensure your safety and money, why not?

That's what I've decided to do.

As it happens, my first purchase was from the Acaeum member, Shaggymatt.

Agree, seems like the right thing to do after the fact...

You do have to Try to protect yourself, especially for something that expensive, I can understand the hesitancy on your part.

I would not allow any Zero Bidders (Actually under 10) nor Bidders with more than 1 Negative in the past 6 months to bid on items I think might go over $100 (USD).
Unless I know them and/or they give me a GREAT story for the situation.

If they are paying paypal though you should be able to get seller protection. You just have to make sure they have CONFIRMED shipping address and use a tracking number (and if you send it insured dont forget the tracking). Ive had a few people say they never recieved an item but paypal has always sided with me when I sent them the tracking number.
