Storing my Collection Items

I read the little introduction on Acaeum about storing items in acid-free cardboard and/or mylar.

Practically speaking, where do you get these items?  I saw a link in that article to one company.  Is that the best option?

What do you store your collectible hardcover rulebooks in?  How about your modules and other softcover items?

Granted, most of my items are for reading and everyday use.  But some of them I will likely want to preserve in great shape.

I use bags for most everything except the things I use every week, like rule books.  I use boards with my bags for only my more valuable items.

There are bags of all sizes, and I even use really large bags for boxed sets.  I store everything is acid-free magazine boxes.  I store the boxes in a place where the temperature and humidity is relatively constant.
