O.K., so I finally finished up getting all the Dragon Magazines I wanted today (yay!) including Dragon Magazine #40.  I am pretty sure it is complete with all inserts, but I want to make sure.

The Acaeum Periodicals section states:

First comprehensive article index.  "Outside the Znutar" game.

The Table of Contents states:

Outside the Znutar: Awful Green Things expansion kit.....Front Foldout
Rungus' Game....................................................Front Foldout
Index for The Dragon and The Strategic Review.....Rear Foldout

The Table of Contents makes it seem like there are three inserts, but it appears that the Outside the Znutar: Awful Green Things expansion kit and Rungus' Game are on opposite sides of the same foldout.  Is this the way it is in all Dragon Magazine issues #40?
