As a collector who regularly buy AD&D first edition or D&D modules, it seems to me that SW prices become crazy since a few months on Ebay.
Did you notice that the higher prices are very often auctions won by the same buyer, who places one high bid and win : for example items

Probably that the bid is very very high, it seems evident that it's higher than $150. Well, with such buyer, the sellers know that the prices can go very high and I'm not sure that it's a good thing for the collectors in general, those who are not rich of course.
Personally, each time I see this buyer I know that I will have no chance to win the module at a "normal" price. Not easy to win SW modules actually....

I have had many Shrink Wrapped TSR Adventure Modules in the past most of them having been sold a long time ago.
Right now I have only 3 Shrink Wrapped TSR Modules.
WG-12: Vale of the Mage
WGR-1: Greyhawk Ruins (Not the joke one, which is WG-7)
B-3: Palace of the Silver Princess  (Orange Cover)
Also have a Fighters Wheel in the original SW, but that is not an Adventure Module of course...

All of them are NM/SW

Although I understand there are very good reasons for doing so, I have never been the collector type who will specifically search out the SWed Modules first and foremost as some collectors do.

Had never planned to sell any of the three SWed Modules that I have either, and I only have them in the SW as they were a good price when I bought them (YEARS ago)...
I would have just as quickly purchased NM copies not in the SW at the same price (back then anyway).
Not being a SW fan/collector I might decide to sell them all now; Especially if I could find nice copies of the 2 more common modules to replace the SWed copies.

I have a few (About 8 of them) SWed Judges Guild items too, but they would not be in the same league as TSR Modules in the SW.
At least not from what I have seen anyway.
Other than from those listed at the T&T store pages that is.

Oh, you must be kidding. I've been looking for a DL15 for three years, and when I finally manage to win one, a second one shows up 3 days later?

That said, I'd say I have a wide experience in SW collecting. It all started after a few items I bought came with some missing pieces. So I decided to start buying items in pristine conditions; if they are SW, missing items can only be blamed only on the publisher. And after all, it's a Schrödinger cat: if I don't open the SW, I will never know if something is missing.

Anyway, after several years I have a clear knowledge of what is worth something in SW and what isn't. There are many items which sometimes fetch very high prices, but are not uncommon. One of those is the DL11 listed above, which may go up to 110 dollars, but with some degree of patience you can get the next one after a couple of months for 50 dollars. DL15, on the other hand, is a big problem, since it's one of those things which never shows up in SW.

There are some others: X7, I13, B11, AC5, AC11, GAZ6, to name a few.

Apart from these, there are some which are not so rare in SW, but still fetch high prices every time. The Planescape boxes, for example, or the H series, WGR1 or WGR4, or (extreme case) the Silver Anniversary box. You can get a decent deal on these, but unless you are very lucky, expect to pay a lot. If you wait for the next, you won't wait long, a couple of months at the worst, but probably you won't go any better.

Oh, c'mon. Now everyone who ever owned a SW'd Mists of Krynn is selling it. This is just offensive!

If it can be interesting for some collectors here, during last months I regularly noted prices for SW AD&D and D&D auctions on Ebay. I can put here a list of them. Price is interesting but also the items that appeared one or several times. Of course my list canno't be complete.
