His legacy is having such a large cultural impact on several generations.
Not many non-political or non-religious figures have that distinction.

Joe Bloch has published level #8 (so that's 7 core levels plus a side level IIRC), and is working on levels 9-11 which multi-connect to each other, throughout, apparently.
