Just thought I would answer some quick questions here:
Customer Loyalty Prorgam and Special Module #1
I also wonder about the distribution plans for the Special Gift.
The CLP module will be distributed to each customer free of all charges. The number of copies per customer is based on their average purchase over the year.
For example:
If you buy 2 copies of each first print across the board for the year, you will recieve 2 copies of the special module.
If your purchases are not consistent, I will simply divide the number of modules purchased, by the raw number that were available: You buy 20 modules and 6 were printed means you bought an average of 2.333 modules - you will get three (3) copies of the special module. I will round up from .3. So if you bought 3.3 modules on average for the year, you get four (4) special modules. If you bought 4.2 on average, you get four (4) modules.
I have been advised that several people were buying modules for other people. Contact me so I can update my distribution list.
Just so everyone has an idea I think I will have a total of 9-12 modules out this year:
Titles are:
RC Modules are for Basic / Expert D&D
RC1 The Thing in the Valley
RC2 The Screaming Temple
RC3 Eruptor's Vengeance
RC4 Legacy of the Unknown (sequel to
B1 In Search of the Unknown)
ADV and TM Modules are for Advanced D&D and
OSRIC
ADV1 Vampire's Curse
ADV2 Circle of Fire
ADV3 The Morning Ship
ADV4 The Blood Cult - special release for NTRPG Con*
TM1 The Lost Caravan - Michicon 1982 Tournament Module
TM2 Storm over Skyreach - Gen Con 1990 Tournament Module
*ADV4 may actually be released prior to ADV3 and possible ADV2. Just the way the schedule may run. June is coming sooner than I want to believe.

Also, the first print will include the NTRPG Logo. It is also possible that the print run will exceed 100 copies (may run up to 200).
PDFs
I have been working on a new program for PDFs. I really do not like the Lulu solution. I may host somewhere else or dissolve entirely.
Some ideas I am floating are to include a CD with every purchase. Of course, I will need to slightly bump the price of the modules to do this, but it may be the best way to go.
Alternatively, I may simple sell the PDFs separately and they would be shipped on a CD only - no downloading.
At some point I will be upgrading the PG&S website so I can add a pdf download feature.
Again, these are all ideas at the moment.
Distribution
While things have not been terrible, I am working to refine my shipping system. Most modules seem to get out fairly quick, but I have noticed that as sales trickle in after the first week or so, I get delayed. I will fix that issue.
International shipping is a pain. The Canadians are all set and I those will go out as quickly as the U.S. shipments.
UK and Aussie shipping was not handled very cleanly and that was all me. I will be setting up a sales and mailing system that will help that issue. There will be a separate purchase seciton for UK and Aussie customers only. Stay tuned for a full announcement.
Other overseas purchases are handled as they occur.
Enough rambling from me for now. I hope these posts help.
Respectfully,
Bill
