Does anyone know for sure when Dragon switched from paper wrappers to plastic polybags?  How about Dungeon?

I took a look at Noble Knight's listings.  The lowest numbers they show as having in stock in SW condition are Dragon 197 (Sep 1993) and Dungeon 45 (Jan/Feb 1994).

I don't see anything earlier on ebay.

I felt like this question was asked before, but it's a pretty hard set of keywords to work with for searching the site.

I'm not sure myself, but does the Wiki have this info?

No, but that is why I'm asking.  I have a pile of bagged Dragons (and a few Dungeons).  If we crack into those, we can get definite info about inserts.  So I'm wondering how far back we'd need to look.
