After looking about a bit, I noticed that Titan is back on Ebay but this time in a new form and id:

eBay listings

You'll never guess what the shipping policy is? That's right, you pay the highest shipping price then half of the others listed. Just to be clear, I asked having 8 items shipped in a one flat rate box to Canada. The cost is $25 shipping + $47 Handling.

In my experience, the company is run by ignorant AHs. Steer well clear.

This week I've been mostly eating . . . The white ones with the little red flecks in them.

Didn't Ebay have a way of reporting sellers who use excessive shipping rates for fee avoidance or something like that? Charging approx $8 US for media mail shipping of 1 book...should raise eyebrows there

There is, and I use it ("report this item" - same flag as for any other reason).

$7.65 is enough that I would never pay it, but not high enough to be reported, IMO.

They never seem to pay any attention to it; at least, not to my reports. (I've often reported people who have $30+ First Class Mail International shipping charges, given that FCMI to Canada tops out at around $16, but nothing ever happens.)

Not that I've seen. I had a guy charge me 20 bucks for a 7 dollar package, and then tell me the rest had to cover his ebay/paypal fees, the box, tape, newspaper, and his time. eBay didn't care.
