How much is this D&D gazetteer worth?

I have opportunity to buy one for CAN $30. I wouldn't call it mint or even near mint but I haven't been able to find it anywhere else, locally. (I'm not into buying online.)

Note that I wouldn't be buying it as a collectors item. I'd be buying it to read and use.

Cheers!

I don't know about prices for each specific one, but, generally, I've seen lots of Gazatteers in worn condition go 20-35, if complete.

Snag it. You are not going to do much better. $30 Canuck isn't a bad deal at all.

And I could've bought these damn modules off the 1$ rack!!!

You may be able to pick up some of the Gazetteers for slightly cheaper but you will usually have to pay shipping from the US which will probably run you $7-$11 depending on whether you want first class mail or priority flat rate envelope.
