Bonjour,

Name is Etienne and I live in Singapore.  Started playing D&D with my cousins and a friend in 1979-80 can't remember exactly when and I believe it was 1st edition.  played for a few years and then nada...until 2 years ago when we moved to Singapore and I, by accident found a group that were organizing games to get new players into the game.

Anyway when we went back to France for a holiday, I found a few old modules and the basic to immortal set and a few AD&D books.  I started looking on ebay and wiki and found this sight and got hooked.  I have managed to pick up a 1st edition 1st print UK MM, a DMG 1st ed, 1st print as well and a few other modules.  Anyway blah blah blah

Erq, if you haven't guessed by now, some people have decided to change their usernames and/or avatars.  I am praying that ".", "someone", and "SFTU!" will change their names back soon.  :)

Is there any particular reason why usernames have been changed? Or is this some inside joke, courtesy of the Texas Acaeum Mafia?

I believe that it is a combination of a genuine desire to change usernames/avatars, nostalgia for an old username, and distraction from nastier topics.
