Only a VERY few items in that entire listing caught my eye as being worth anywhere near $50 and almost all of it is common enough to find any day on E-Bay for closer to $5-10 (Per item) with just a little patience.

B-10 can go as high as $50 IF MINT and COMPLETE....

I saw one Gazetteer (Dawn of the Emperors) SWed and those can do well at times too.

AC 3/5 and 8... Which one is it?
If AC 5 then it might be worth some scratch though still not likely over $50.

If there is somethng else there (Any single item that is) worth that much or more, then I missed it.

The FEW items listed that are not very common can be found often enough to discount that entire lot as being simply not worth anything close to his asking price.

I cannot picture it ever selling at his asking price, even to a rabid collector who has wealth beyond sense.
Even at 3/4ths of his asking price I think he would be pushing it even for that rich collector, and (I think) re-sellers would be silly to bite even then.

If he also had about a dozen near minty OD&D White Box Sets and every R and RPGA Series Module in NM condition and half of them in SW, plus perhaps a dozen or so VERY early Dragons in NM then it would be closer to being worth 3/4ths his asking price...

A lot of it really depends on what the other items are that aren't listed.  It could be 200 Dragon magazines that aren't worth even shipping.

From what is listed at that price the lot might be good for someone who has nothing and wants an instant collection but it is not really priced for any smaller reseller looking to take a chance and for that matter it probably isn't priced for any reseller.

think probably right on that ^^ only exception might be rich newbie wanting to put down mark across board but hardly good choice for $7k
