well, I've just picked up a dozen or so Polyhedron zines, various numbers (90s thru to 118) and I am intrigued by the start of Malatra campaign setting in 102.
Did this ever catch on and was there much produced?
cheers

Not really to both questions.

Here's an excerpt on Living Jungle from WOTC on the history of RPGA:

The first of the spin-offs was called Living Jungle, and it released in 1995. Set in a primal land known as Malatra with no trappings of standard medieval fantasy, Living Jungle was a reaction to the culture that had developed around Living City. It was decidedly light on treasure and magic. The campaign featured non-standard character race options, like shapechanging animals and intelligent apes. It was one of many spin-offs that had a "cult" following -- maintaining a small but dedicated player base. Living Jungle lasted a couple years into the 3rd Edition era and weathered conversion much better than Living City due to its de-emphasis on certified magic items.

mmm, definitely not much compared to the Living City, but there could be enough for a full-fledged campaign there, judging by how prolific the RPGA when those things were in full swing.

for LC, I've heard about something in the range of *hundreds* of adventures (probably 1/3 to 1/2 the size of your standard mod, although sometimes on par I would guess).

it would be nice to see at (Acaeum?):
a complete list of the LC adventures
a complete list of the Living Greyhawk adventures

and, last but definitely not least:

a complete list of all Gen Con / Origins tournament adventures

now that would be fun: reading through all of those 1E adventures, from year to year!

(I guess the tournament listing idea could continued in another thread, but the RPGA campaign adventures ... there is a huge amount of it out there. sometimes some of the later ones (Legacy of the Green Regent, ea.) turn up on Ebay)

Is there a definitive list online of the RPGA Living City Tourneys that were written? I see that Mars has some up for auction.

This week I've been mostly eating . . . The white ones with the little red flecks in them.

LG is a modern thing. Someone somewhere must have this info. I just find too many hits on Google to find anything of any use.

This would probably be a list of modules written for each region of Living Greyhawk (by the region) rather than the ones produced by the RPGA for everyone.  As a guess, there should be more than 1000 of those.

I don't thnk it was, it was more of a list of games (and list of copies the person had kept) of all the RPGA games they had played.. sort of remember them saying the were a judge from the start.. now if only i can find the link.. I was pretty sure I had ekpt it at it was "interesting"

Brette:)
