One bad experience and you get on the list.  However, about a third to maybe half of these are a direct result of this forum.

My opinion is "Don't sell on Ebay".  But if you wish to do so I would lean toward having one account for selling and one account for buying.  I see advantages for having two accounts.  For instance, the buyer account would be guaranteed 100% positive feedback.  I see no drawback to having two accounts as husband and wife.

 Besides, since the DSR is the only thing that REALLY counts now, and the fact that when you are a buyer the DSR is not affected, having combined accounts doesn't do you any good as far as racking up a meaningful history.

I can confirm hang_the_hobbits!!!! as block-worthy.
