Low DSRs

This guy has a 3.3 which is the lowest I've come across. I'm sure that there are sellers with lower DSRs who post in the gaming category, but has anyone run across them yet?

You may remember our friend Creep1962 from a few year's back, when he was going to drive us all out of business by buying high and selling higher.  His general thesis was correct (gaming stuff going up in price); problem is his service sucks....some of the lowest DSRs I've ever seen.




I wonder if Ebay doesn't have an "out" in their statement to boot all sellers with DSRs lower than 4.3....

I still have you beat with my guys 3.3, though your guy seems to try harder to have bad DSRs.




Anyone come across a seller with a DSR below 3?
