Is there any siginifcant difference in value between an uncut set of Dungeon Geomorphs, and a compelete set that is cut?

Absolutely.

In the cut state they would be fair at best, usually considered poor.  Check out the estimated values on The Acaeum for an idea of what they would be worth.
