Why not distribute them geographically as part of a Disaster Recovery plan?  North Texas is free from most natural disasters except for tornadoes.  :)

Uhm, that's a nasty question. However, by searching through my receipts, I can still find most of those related to the Gazetteers. All except one, actually (GAZ3, for which I cannot find the exact receipt). By summing all the ones I found, I get a total of $ 718.16, shipping costs not included. I'm pretty sure that GAZ3 went somewhere around 40-50 dollars. So in the end I paid slightly less than 800 dollars plus S&H, in terms of money.

Speaking of time, I purchased my first GAZ on 9/5/2006, and the last one in 8/21/2008, so that makes a full two years to build the whole set. And note that since I started I think I (almost?) never missed one when they popped out.

Probably. That's not much more difficult than a complete GAZ set, honestly, but there are a few things which keep eluding me (e.g., B11), some which sometimes pop out in shrinkwrap but cause a price war (may I say AC5?), and a few more which are a bit beyond what I can afford (e.g., OB3). I think I will have to at least give up the shrinkwrap for the most expensive ones.

JohnGaunt: Thank you, but the coast of Tuscany is safe from any kind of disaster, unless you consider the whole population of Florence coming to our beaches in the summer a disaster (I do).
