Help - loose pages from Original D & D Set 5th

Hello, and thanks for the help in advance.

I have two 'slip' pages (four sides in all, with two punch holes) measuring approx 8 1/2" x 5 1/4", which appear to come from part of this set, but am not sure where they belong, so would ask for help in identifying them.

Top of the first page: 3 Pirates will have prisoners as do Bandits, and the same holds true for the Buccaneer/Bandit relationship.

Second top: WILDERNESS WANDERING MONSTERS

Third top:  Die   LYCANTHROPES   SWIMMER TYPES   DRAGON TYPES

Fourth top: TREASURE TYPES:

Any help would be much appreciated.

I'm pretty sure those are some of the reference sheets that come with the set.  If memory serves there are a total of 5 pages.

Thank you. That would appear to be correct as there are only four 'pull out' pages now.
