Ive been out of the loop for quite awhile. I keep seeing references to "OOP" with regards to gaming products. The only thing I can think of is "Out Of Print", but Ive also seen this term used with miniatures, you guys know what it means?

Yep, that's what it means.  "Out of Print".  In the case of minis, maybe "Out of Production"?

Years ago I had a coworker who collected toys.  If I recall correctly, in the toy hobby collecting arena OOP meant "out of package" -- which I'm tempted to say is what is meant here as well.
