Bake them in the sun on a very low humdity day.

Put them in a container that has been soaked in bleach with a cardboard ontop and below them and put them up on a tray with strong undiluted bleach in a pan below them. Make sure the box is closed so that the fumes will not escape. (Do this outside and don't breath in the bleach fumes.

Put baking poweder/soda (can't remember which this morning) over the pages. The same kind used in fridges to absorb the smells. Keep changing the powder after a few days.

Get cedar chips and put the passports in a bag with them.

Mold is a killer for paper products.
