wooden D&D cutouts?

I have a set of these D&D cutouts. They are wood and, I think, you "popped" them out of their wooden matrix and then youd color them with markers and set them up on little stands. I have a set like this, but its buried in the attic. I spent some time this eve looking for it, but no luck. I cant find any info about this on the web. does this ring any bells with collectors? I will continure to look for it so i can post some pics

but seriously.....are there any pics of this online? It will take alot of deep searchinginging until I cant find my set.

So they must be common to command such a low price, right? Ive never seen them other then the set I bought (for ony 4 bucks, but partially used), and figured they were uncommon. I guess not.

Sorry . . . I am always surprised when I win an auction nowadays. Free shipping for a shrinkwrapped box o' stuff should have gone for much more than $10. However, it will be among the items that I de-shrink at the theoretical T.A.M.G.T.G.* 2009.

That said, the wooden diorama set is uncommon or rare to me. I wouldn't mind buying a used set for cheaper than $10 including shipping.

I was just disappointed in a general way. I think I paid a $1 for it at a thrift store so I didn't lose out. I have been amazingly surprised by the prices that most of what I put up for sale have gone for this year. But when you are selling it's the totals of everything that matter rather than piece by piece.

Id consider at least 20 bucks for it sealed, and if I was flush with cash for the month, bid up to 30 or more, depending on shipping.

I guess its not worth the time digging my used copy out.

Yeah . . . I was expecting it to go for much more, but I got lucky for whatever reason. Maybe it doesn't qualify as an RPG collectible but as a related novelty.

The problem is that the box is about the size of a boardgame. I don't remember what Jason paid for shipping, but it was a good chunk of the $9.99. Without the box, I'd pay $10 for all of the loose items. Shoot, you could list it in the Classifieds section and see if anyone bites.

is this archived at Acaeum?

Tome of Treasures might have it. I haven't checked there.

Yes, I will do it, if I have any shrinked items left by then. I doubt anyone else will want to de-shrink their items. This is just my poking fun at Smarmy.

Another mean game to play:

Three identical common modules. One module is still in its original shrink; two modules have been reshrunk with either nothing or a $20 bill inside. Make Smarmy choose one to take home.

If I had a video camera, I would record my opening it NOW.

I am concerned about what the pieces look like after being knocked about for 25 years. They are wood, and I can hear them tumbling inside the box. Are they chipped? Broken? Rotted?
