I think I have this Edition, the box somewhat broken and joined with tape to hold it together. Obviously well used...

I am a little confused abtout the three booklets, however. According to the printing information for this edition, the inside of the covers of the three booklets should be white, but nothing else describes what is on the inside front pages.

On mine:

Men & Magic is white.
Monsters & Treasure has Nazgul on horseback on inside front right, and inside back Head of a Dragon Turtle on the left and a scene of some action on the right.
Underword & Wilderness Adventures has a dragon inside left and a hydra inside right. Inside back has a knight(?) with raised sword on the left with FIGHT ON! and Elementals on the right.

Maybe this is what they all have?

Any help much appreciated. I have a lot to learn!

Thank you.

Allison, have you seen this page yet?  It should answer your questions.

Easy checklist:
4th = price on booklets.
5th = no price on booklets, but with references to hobbits.
6th = no price on booklets, no references to hobbits.

I went through that page before I first posted, but no where do I see references to what I described. Did I miss something?

I will post on another subject that I find a little confusing too.

Ah, I think I understand you now.  The interior artwork described is common to all printings, and thus not very useful in determining which of the 1st through 6th printings you might possess.  It is definitely OD&D.
