I'll be in the Fort Worth area this summer. I usually make it a point to spend a few dollars in local game stores when I visit a new city (they need all the help they can get!). Over the years, I have found some interesting ones, to say the least.
Any suggestions for the DFW neck of the gaming woods?
Thanks,

Fort Worth, not much. The best game store west of Dallas is right up the street from my house, Generation X. They stock a goodly amount of
RPG and board games, as well as minis, comics, etc. There is a smaller mom and pop store in south FW that I can't remember the names of; they barely stock any games and mostly cover comics. Everytime I go there they seem on the verge of going under so who knows if they are still there.
The DFW area has a chain store called Lone Star Comics that has about 8 locations, and one is in Fort Worth, on South Hulen. It's a little tiny thing, and they don't stock much. I think the FW version is the smallest in the chain.
There are quite a few stores in Dallasa, some better than others, if you get to FW, Dallas isn't that far really, especially if you want to make a day of it. Oh and Denton, which is the closes thing to a college town in the area, has a handful of smaller game stores (about 30 min north of FW).
BTW let us know when you are in town; quite a few Acaeum members are located in the DFW area....and we know where the best burgers, mexican food, and beer is located in the area
