Anyone familiar with this?  Participated before?

I heard about it a couple years back, but I can never find any info about the upcoming one...until after it's over.  I've searched online, and all I get is a forum at RPGhost (currently desolate, but old posts indicate they still held it earlier this year) and an old, old webpage for the 2002 event.  

Anyone know anything or have a 'home page' for it?
