I'll resend the invoice a couple of times and email the buyer as well. I'll also glance at their feedback. If they have something like 500+ and nearly all positive, I'll assume they are delayed for some reason. Newbies get an unpaid item report much faster. Often, I'll wait another 2-4 weeks before getting a refund. Usually only newbies don't pay and the items are invariably in the $3-$8 range, so I'm not in a huge hurry to relist.
