I had a question from beer_motor on my T1-4 auction:

"hey man - is this a first printing? looking for a non-first printing, the textual errors annoy me. thanks"

I looked in the book for the errors listed in the Acaeum description, but was unsucessful.  Does anyone have  first print copy handy and a little extra time to reply with an exact quote and a page number to help me answer his question?

I will check when I get home. I know have sold at least one first print, though. There are three or four printings...can't recall at the moment.

Look at the description of Fragarach in the back. That's the only serious textual error of which I'm aware (I wonder if mine is a first print? It has the error).

Look on page 9, area 13.  If the 3rd paragraph starts with the truncated sentence:

"The shop is run by one Rannos Davl, who is bed."

then it is a first print.

Easiest way to guarantee a later print is to look for one with the TSR gold angled logo.  And these are generally much mintier in my experience.  Not just because they are a lot younger.  But probably a lot bought as curiousity items 6/7 years after the original release.
