Not dodgy at all. The asshole scanned it in and is selling it. Can someone report him? I still can't figure out the rat maze eBay makes you run thru to report someone.......

No, this guy didn't even take the time to scan it. He just did the d/l, put it on a cd and is now trying to sell it. If he took the time to scan it I might have a little bit of respect for him (not much mind you)...but to do an d/l and then try to pawn it off on some sucker?! How do you know he did not scan it? Because those rubbing and scratch marks you see on his picture are the same you see with the cover image from the downloadable North pdf.

Best way is to let
WOTC
do it, because eBay will only investigate if the holder of the copyright complains about an auction. Send your email to
Andrew.Smith@wizards.com
and please post a note on the sticky about copyright infringement so Andrew gets only one email.
