Hello all,

I have two questions about the booklets that came with the Holmes set.

First, how likely/unlikely would it be that the booklet edition always matched up with the box printing?  I ask because I recently acquired a third print, but the rulebook is definitely the one issued with the fourth set. I bought it off of someone whose father-in-law passed away, and the seller was fairly convinced (and the condition corroborates this), it was barely used

Second, I occasionally see rulebooks that are three-hole punched.  I know that some of the earlier modules sometimes came this way and sometimes didn't, but I don't see any documentation indicating that this was the case with the rulebook.
