Wow, there are a bunch I would have expected to see as opposed to your list. Tomb of Horrors if no other.
The Secret of Bone Hill may be my favorite low-level module. There are some kickass items in there that a character could conceivably be using at 15th level (shield +3, rings of air elemental command and djinni summoning.........). The times I have run that module I always make Pelltar into a bad guy who hires the party to clear out the ruined castle in the hopes of having them kill the wizard and bring him "Stuff". He knows the wizard is there due to his crystal ball. When they return, he has the Baron imprison them(he is in on it). One party captured the baron after they escaped and forced him to abdicate in favor of the party bard, who married the baron's daughter.
I've never run or been in #2 and 8-10 on your list.

If you hit a Rowsdower, you get to keep it.

I would have quite a different list from my experience of running all the Gygax ones and the slavers.

When I ran the giants and drow I preferred G2 and D1. In particular I found D3 the weakest of the lot and used little of the material.

For the slavers I found A1 rather unconvincing (it was very clearly a linear tournament) whereas the above ground part of A2 was great.

As a one shot I found Tomb of Horrors to be fantastic. One of our most memorable adventures.

In contrast I found T1 to be pointlessly deadly - far more deadly than ToH.

S4 was good...  ...if you replace half the encounters with those from the original! What I didn't realise reading it through was that all the encounters on the lower level are time wasters that you're supposed to avoid, which I liked.

I agree WG4 is weaker - it reads for the most part like it was written in a hurry whilst he was short of inspiration. Some great bits, but not the 1001 different words for purple as though that would impress players.
