Hi all!

I have a ton of figurines and paper items to sell; what are everyone's favorite selling venues? It's been a long time since I sold anything and any input would be appreciated.

1. eBay (most likely the best option for best sales prices and ease of listing/selling)

2. Facebook Groups:

I have only sold on ebay. I am biased. However, all the youtubers I have watched repeat, ebay by far provides the largest crowd, ease of sales and reporting. Going to meet someone and all the communication needed to sell on FB is an instant out for me.

Not suggesting Facebook Marketplace.  You might already be familiar with these groups, but for those that aren't familiar with them, that's not typically how they operate.  It's more like eBay, but less formal and no automation or tools to assist sellers or buyers.  Auctions, Buyout, straight sales and trades are still options, depending on the group.  Yes, Facebook's chat format is really bad and there can be more communication to keep sales posts relevant, especially for auctions.

The main benefits that the Facebook groups provide are less fees and a more informal structure, which some people like.  Sometimes items will sell for more than eBay, but that's not often the case.

Thanks guys, I'll look into Wastebook and the prior article. I have a hate/hate relationship with eBay but I guess it is an option.

While most of my sales have been on eBay for over two decades now, I'm planning on trying to straight-sell (not auction) some things on the Facebook group "RPG Market (Buy and Sell Games)."  Listing things for free is nice on eBay, but the commission is hefty.  It's getting to be a pretty large and active community.

I will try Wastebook first. I know one of the groups has a rule about not listing more than 1 item at a time, don't remember which one.
