Joshua Plunkett (Down Under DM: The Tomb of Horrors - Complete 3d Build!) used Hirst Arts molds with some dungeon dressing molds from Lady Sabelle Designs to create this beast.

GODDAMIT! Just TWO WEEKS ago I set up plans with my kids to make this exact dungeon out of blocks we will cast with our molds. What are the odds.........

While I have never made any dioramas myself, nor plan to do so, they are cool to look at.  One of my favorites was this Steading of the Hill Giant Chief model.  Here's the video:
