Does anyone know of any errata published for Eldritch Wizardry?  I'm doing some research on the artifacts in EW, and noticed that many of the Table 3 nasty side effects aren't labelled properly----the listing calls for Table III, but the power listed is "IIB" for example (instead of IIIB), or, as in the case of the Ring of Gax, it's just listed as III with no additional side effect letter indicated (just Table III itself, seemingly).
