How common are these?  I don't recall seeing one before, offhand, and until looking up the printing on the Chainmail page (it is there :D ), I had thought that all 3rd/2nds had stapled binding, rather than spiral binding:

Apparently, there are two variants of Chainmail 3rd that indicate "2nd Printing" in them.

I have two copies of the silver cover, staple bound 3rd Edition, 2nd Printing, but none of the spiral bound.
