Gary's former home (1980s) is up for sale again, 1.3 mil.

I now live 13 miles east of it, if anybody needs a place to say while they look it over.

Sell it at the Gen Con auction Frank. Between Stratochamp and Blackmoor I'm sure you could get a premium price.

Lingering just a little.....

ma lascia che io veda la verità
e possa poi toccare il giusto.

Gotta wonder whether a Kickstarter would raise the money for a D&D Oasis here...

I would chip in ... especially if I could get that chest behind the couch in the Living Room ;-) ...

"Okay, we turn the corner and see a Purple 'WHAT' !?!" . . (the DM rolls a 20 or so he says) . . It all went black right after that.

The realtor is going to wonder why so many prospective buyers seem to be carrying medieval weapons, & why they only want to see the basements.

For the ultimate act of gamer street cred: Tour the house with the real-estate agent. Claim that some of the hallway floors are sloping upwards or downwards. When she says that the house has been appraised with no such defects, counter that you can tell subtleties missed by the appraiser because of your dwarven heritage. If other prospective buyers are present, whisper to the agent that you think they're a bunch of elves or fairies, & that because of Racial Animosity Chart provisions you could never live in a neighborhood where their kind is permitted. Storm off in a huff.
