Hey folks,
I just posted up a review of the reissued 1e AD&D books on the main page of my website.  I know a lot of people either got them today and haven't had a chance to pick them up or are eagerly awaiting them via UPS or Fedex from an online purchase.  I apologize for the photos, and please, the text...yeah, that's Joomla, not me.  Trust me, in the editor every letter is like postage stamp sized, yet it won't change a thing for the output :(  Hopefully it's still readable!

Thanks, Allan.  There are some typos and whatnot and as I said before I hate Joomla to death thanks to what it did to the pictures...sigh...but overall I'm glad the review was well received.  Just givin' back, you know?

mmmmm....I'm not sure about these. I'm glad I bought them but I'm not glad I have them...does that make sense? The art seems "smeary" to me. But I guess it's no different than a Blu-Ray of a 30-year old movie. I was kinda expecting an HD version of the old books. I opened the MM...won't bother opening the other ones. I think I was expecting a crisper reproduction of the artwork as well. And without getting into a big debate...If D&D was Spider-Man...Gary Gygax was Stan Lee, and Dave Arneson was Steve Ditko.


If you believe that ADVANCED DUNGEONS AND DRAGONS is a game worth playing, you will certainly find it doubly so if you play well.
