Quick question, was this module (4th print) ever released as a stand alone product? In other words, was this released in shrinkwrap on the shelves or exclusively through the box set? I know the rulebooks, for instance, were sold as stand alone products.

I did a thread search and didn't find any information.

that's not correct: the rulebook coming with the red/orange X1 was the mentzer edition... and this has never been released as book only (always in boxed sets)... it is the previous edition, the moldway one which has been sold both as a stand alone book and a boxed set.
