Does this look like an originally shrinkwrapped module? I'm not sure when the last print run of TOEE finished, but this doesn't look like the traditional H-seam, but maybe that was reserved for regular sized modules.

I have a copy that is sealed along the front face of the right side of the book as you would look at it (similar to what is pictured in the listing, although the seam appears reversed in the listing).  I do have a number of other non-super module books in both the back center seam as well as this type (multiple copies of same print sealed in different ways).  I just looked quick and my GDQ1-7 is wrapped the same, as well as a copy of OP1.  Might have been legit.



The listing does not specifically say "original" shrink.  Using "still" implies it though.



The apparent crease to the front cover coupled with the price made me doubt enough to pass though.  At $170, it better be flawless.

gaming_fool lives like 5 minutes away from me.  lol  I can testify from many sales with him that he is a stand-up guy.  It is also nice that I can just pop over his place when he has something new for me.

Yes, many of his listed prices are high and if you want to pay that with no negotiation, then I am sure he would happily oblige you.
However, we did not make our trade using his posted prices.
The values of the trade were negotiated to a level that I was happy with.

As I stated, he is not tough to work with at all.

Plus he is not the only seller on e-Bay who has prices higher than what we might feel should be posted.
Several of those sellers on e-Bay are also members of this forum.
So far from my dealings with them, only one was unwilling to negotiate prices and as such, I did not purchase anything from him.
This was with Store listings, not Auctions...

Not sure about them being TSR office copies, but it sure looks like his signature.

I just got a message from the seller and she worked in the publications department of TSR in the 90's. These are books that were left behind when the move to Washington was being made. Another editor got them signed, she gave names but not explicit permission to repost them. If you are interested I am sure she would give them to you all as well.
