We now have an Overlord at the 2009 Acaeum Dinner. And we have beat our attendence from last year. Plenty of room for any other last minute attendees.

Last year Tim Kask provided an Acaeum only Auction at the Dinner of one of his adventures and is doing so again this year.

Not that I know of. Usually everyone is arriving Wednesday afternoon. Dinner will end around 10 pm. Also remember that Tim is doing an auction at the dinner for 2 copies of one of his games.

Is there parking in or at the restaurant, or is there parking outside the restaurant that you have to pay for?

Just planning ahead...

Looking at mapquest aerial map it appears there is parking, but it is a little bit hard to tell. I am drivng in also, so it will be fun finding parking.

This week I've been mostly eating . . . The white ones with the little red flecks in them.

Erol Otus is participating in a somewhat unusual art show called The Cursed Chateau which will be exhibited at the Indianapolis Museum Of Contemporary Art concurrent with GenCon. An artist and gamer, Timothy Hutchings, has gathered up a group of "high" artists, many of which had never heard of D&D to do works based on a D&D adventure. In addition he asked a couple of old schoolers including like Erol Otus to participate. More information can be found here:

Thanks guys for an enjoyable dinner. Nice to see those I have not met in person before...it was even nice to see IO again

I sat next to Tim (or he sat next to me). This is the second time I was able to talk to him in person (Texas rpg bus ride to BFE - Reaper Miniatures). We talked about everything but gaming (ok maybe a little). Mostly youth baseball and sports. A great time!
