I ordered #5 on-line from them and had no problems getting it.  I did ask Luke a question about issue #1 and never got a response.  But that's happened with others also.  :(

I've used djinn@gygaxmagazine.com before and I've used the "Contact Us" form on the website as well.
I'll have to go back and see what other routes I've used, I've let my subscription expire and haven't needed to contact them for a while.

Good luck and I hope this was helpful!

If you want emails, I can provide those too.

Just as a follow up, I finally managed to get in touch with Michelle and she sent me an apology note and tracking information for my missing issues.  :D  It took some work but it appears they are going to fix the mix up.

I believe it stemmed from the fact that I couldn't order online.  It seems their web site thinks Alabama is out of the country and refuses to accept orders from here so they had to send me an invoice through Paypal rather than their normal checkout method.

Well Alabama is REALLY far down south. :)
And what's up with that little strip o' Florida that really should be Alabama? I'm just noticing that.

'grats on finally getting that worked out for the missing 'zines - logistics really shouldn't be that much of a pain in 2015. (waved a white flag here long ago).

Hold-outs from British/Spanish West Florida. History is messy, too. :)

I agree the print quality is excellent!

Badmike wrote in TSR is Back!:I wonder if the print era has passed.  The only print stuff that seems to be affordable are the cool DIY publications.

Some publishing companies may still be going strong putting out good material, I especially enjoy Onyx Path Publishing and Catalyst Games Labs work, but you aren't joking about price. I find it hard to keep up with releases at $50 or more a book.

In case you did not receive the email, Gygax Magazine is unfortunately ceasing publication. :(  According to the update, subscribers with existing credit will be able to use the remaining balance for purchase in the TSR web store.

Hello Mrs. Cleaver, Theodore.

Gee, Mrs. Cleaver ... That certainly is a lovely dress.

yeah I hope these other projects go through. I am kind of irritated about this. I wonder how much work was actually done on issues 7 and 8, if at all.

edit: the more I think about this I'd like to actually see what work was done on those last two issues because I just have a nagging suspicion very little was done over the last year. I hope I'm wrong, but something doesn't add up

I believe most of this stems from legal issues and fees caused by Gary's widow and they ran out of funds so they gave up.  That's what I heard from someone close to the source anyway.

For those interested, you can still order issues from the site. I ordered a full print run yesterday, including #1 but it states that quantities for #1 are very limited.

Were these legal issues posted about in the open before late 2015? Back in late 2014 and early 2015, the people at Gygax magazine were advertising for additional subscriptions for the next four issues.

Never mind, at least it has saved me some money.

that's weird. I just used the google search to find me this other link to the store.
Gygax Magazine
but if their site is suspended I wonder if the "store" actually exists

Also I wonder if they really do have back issues left or if that's an old message and you just sent your money in for "store credit" when the next stuff gets released

Well, hmmm.... this is the link I've used in the past and this is where I placed my order - Gygax Magazine

I received an email shortly thereafter that my order status had changed to being fulfilled although that could have been an automated response. I did just try to call the number listed on the site and it doesn't work.  :? Fortunately, I paid using Paypal so I'll file a claim if I need to so that the funds don't end up in limbo.

Did it go anywhere? I had the same thing happen just recently. I don't expect the magazines at this point. I only needed #1 and knew it was a long shot but tried anyways.

I received than email that a partial order has been shipped. When I receive it I'll let everyone know what I actually get. I had one copy of each on order.
