What is the current price for these folders?

they sort of vary widely, maybe based on how they're described on ebay

one of the folders sold for under $20 last year in VG condition, but the art/folder seems to me to be more prevalent.

the previous year, one sold for $41 in (probably) VG condition (same art)

Another one sold in 2013 with this art for $25. in VG condition

That particular art I think may be harder to find on the folder, so that's one thing about that price. But I tend to think it seems high.

What do you think about the BIN price on the Dragon 1?

"Dragon Magazine #1 Vol. 1, 1976, Wear along the spine and sides, Cover is yellowed, Has what appears to be a ink smear on front cover. small cover wrinkles"

The VF valuation here is $325.

yellowed cover alone would reduce the condition below very fine in my opinion. then please add in the other defects as well...

My personal assessment was that this price was a touch high for the condition.
