The thing of it is though not only did Mike have his bid in first, but his bid was also about 1/4 of what it could have(and realistically should have) gone for.  Thats not price fixing nor is it trying to control the market, thats just trying to snag a cheapy deal.   Now if Mike had several of these same modules listed in his store at $30+ each and he was consistantly tossing in bid(s) of $25+ every time they came up, it could be viewed in a different light, but even still that really doesn't come anywhere close to justifying the type of "little man hiding behind fake Ebay ID(s)" vigilante tactics either.

The guy obviously has some serious mental problems and he seems to get off on trying to antagonize people as long as he can remain anonymous.  As soon as he got exposed, he started to cut and run immediately like the gutless turd that he is.  People like this guy are bad for everyone, both buyers and sellers alike.

I should probably also note, that I may actually know this guys last name, but since I am only about 80% on it I won't post it.  That said I am tempted to send a message to a member of this forum and whom Mr-not-so-tough-now-that-he-is-exposed-Monty-Hall had just recently bought from and get all of his information...

And just to reiterate...he went after Guido and Juliabulia also in his guise as "vecnapoop", two of the nicest resellers/dealers you have ever met. Nick/mr-monte-hall is just a pig, pure and simple, who reacts like a spoiled child when he doesn't get his module for the cheapest price possible.

If there was ever evidence the guy has NO stones, it's the puss ass disappearing act he pulled today when he realized the light was shone on his little hole.  Unfortunately for him, this forum has gotten very sophisticated in dealing with trolls like this, and it wasn't six hours later that dumbass was exposed as the creep he really is.  Now I suspect he's going to have to debate closing out his 8 year ebay account..because he's finished if he ever thinks he's going to win something on ebay ever again, not with those stupid low ball bids he places that make it so easy to wipe out.  And everytime he tries his bullshit act again of trying to buy all the items in someone's store, he'll just add more evidence to the mound that's already accumulated, and it will make it just that much easier for Ebay to shut him down.  Frankly I don't think he'll do it again...he doesn't seem like the evil mastermind type...more the stab in the back and run away type.

The funniest part? I had put that bid more as a placeholder than anything.....the same dealer had a bunch of other SW stuff (which I did NOT bid on) and Iwanted to remind myself to check it out later to see what it all went for.  And to top it off Nicky STILL got a great deal besides having to pay MORE THAN $6 for the module. Geez.  If you check his bidding history, he is one seriously cheapskate dude, just can't stand to spend more than $10 on anything. If you don't have the big ones to hang with the big boys, you need to think about another hobby, Nicky.  You're done here, dude.

Likewise. I find it more funny than annoying, but there are times when I just get absolutely sick of being outbid... especially because it is 99% someone here doing it. Makes me wonder if you all are stalking me.

I've never bid on any of BadMike3Books auctions and I've never sent him any emails. I definitely didn't send the one posted in this thread. I also never held a roadrunner account, never lived in Tampa, or sent anything more threatening to another ebay user than an occasional note that unless an auctioned game comes in a package that includes a few live players too, then maybe the shipping price is out of control.

Your "investigation" is stupid. Your evidence is pretty much that an email from a hotmail account goes to a myspace page for a user named "Nick" in the same city as me and that I have an about me page which says I hate resellers.

Some of you know me (have mailed things to me) and know my name isn't Nick. Still, since your abortion of an investigation I've received a half a dozen nasty comments through the ebay system from cocky, arrogant jerks that have nothing better to do with their time than to "get back" at me. Some of these guys think its funny to screw around with auctions I'm trying to win. God, just reading some of the stuff you write to me, each other, and your customers is the most obnoxious thing ever.

If you think you have a valid complaint -- then you turn over emails with headers to ebay, ISPs, and law enforcement. You don't do what you just did to me. Roadrunner and hotmail are responsive to complaints that include headers.

If you want to keep me on your blocked list, whatever. I try not to buy from you guys anyway if I know you're occupational resellers. Maybe some resellers are actually nice people (just not the ones who post here). Well its nothing against you as people -- it is my personal choice not to support a behavior that I consider objectionable.

I'm not a vengeful person but God help you guys if stuff starts showing up at my house or if one of you stalkers starts calling my phone.

And man I'm sorry, but you seem to be the biggest one. I realize sometimes people do stupid things when they get angry. (I know I sound insane right now because I'm FURIOUS!) but have you LOOKED at your track record? That's not a record of someone who got angry once or twice. The blatant disrespect that you treat anyone with on this board or on ebay with which you have the slightest disagreement with is crazy. Don't tell me to relax. How about you treat me with some respect and maybe man up and apologize for the garbage you've been pulling and THEN maybe I can calm down.

To set the record straight, if I get outbid by someone, I don't do anything about it except get over it. Yes its aggravating when he is just going to resell it but I still don't do anything. And not that I owe anyone an explanation, but yes, I'm aware that "low-ball" bids will get me outbid most of the time. When I care enough, I put in a higher bid. When I don't care enough, or when someone is bidding who has made it clear that they're just trying to drive up my price, I don't.

Now, now, Shane, no need to get mad at him. I've been looking for a good JG site myself!
