Thank you for the offer. If I am ever in the area, I would definitely take you up on that offer.

Bump to make it easier for Javier Murillo to find these pictures.

Just had a weird thought. I can't imagine the number of boxes it would take to pack all this wonderful stuff for a move. Maybe it's because I would absolutely love to move out of this hell hole, but with only approximately 8 more years before 'retirement age,' and no prospects for work elsewhere, it's not happening soon.

Still remember the haul I got from Craigslist about 2012, and recall the space that required. That seems a fraction of this. Of course, this room looks about as big as my entire house.

When we moved to this house my collection was housed in about 300 legal boxes. The collection has roughly doubled since then, so maybe 600 legal boxes?
There are about 8,000 items in the living room, and about 8,000 in the rest of our home.

More of a museum than a living room, it sounds like.

I’m going to make it there someday….

Not to get religious, but it should be a mandatory, once in your lifetime pilgrimage, where you walk 7 times counter clockwise around Bill’s living room.  Chanting the methods of computing THAC0.  8-)

On Wednesday as my friends and I were driving to Garycon, we made our traditional stop at Games Plus. I ran into Stratochamp who after a brief chat invited my friends and I to his home for a quick tour of his collection. It was absolutely incredible to see it in person.

I cannot thank Stratochamp enough for his kindness and generosity for welcoming us into his home.
