He listed it right after the $22K 1st print sold, I thought then $10K was very ambitious/optimistic, but given the big sale, probably worth casting the line at that level and seeing if there are any bites. To relist at the same price after getting no bidders, hmm, need to make that bait more attractive. He did add the Best Offer option, don't believe that was there on the first listing.

From my experience unless some competitors start listing for lower prices you need to give this kind of pricing 6months to a year before lowering your price and sometimes it works better to raise the price in small increments every month rather than lower it. If your listing starts bringing out other sellers then you decide if you want to price competitively.

I'm surprised the seller turned down your offer if he truly needed money for all his expenses

I'm very loathe to part with my old friend but the moving expenses are adding up quickly so I hope this will find its way to a good home.

Well i dont usually mind if a price is out-of-market or not... But i have a question for this auction:

So, where did the seller find a similar price? ...apparently the seller checked the acaeum to have a confirmation of the printing (the seller therefore spotted the current valuation here)... At the end of the day the sellet decidiced on a higher price? What is the rationale? Why that amount?

Maybe it's a list WAY high and take a lower price. I do that, just not that out of whack. Say I'd list something BIN for 50 and take a Best Offer of $35

I've also made offers of half what Sellers are asking and sometimes get lucky

You probably want to look at the 2nd image in the auction - it has the original art piece. Not sure what it sold for the first time though.

it sold for $282. It's a drawing only and not an ink.

the seller put this in the description

first picture is the module page where the art appeared.

I think the seller should have not cropped the scan of the module page because it is confusing at first

According to what I was reading if the property in question was before Atari split into two different entities it is the IP of Atari. If after the split, then it is the IP of Midway.
